Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dopem, a secure escrow service platform designed to build trust between buyers and sellers. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dopem website, mobile app, and all services provided (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Dopem, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Definitions
✔ User – Anyone using Dopem as a buyer or seller.
✔ Buyer – A user who purchases goods or services.
✔ Seller – A user who provides goods or services.
✔ Escrow – A service where Dopem holds funds until the transaction is completed.
Eligibility
✔ You must be at least 18 years old to register.
✔ You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
User Account
✔ You must create an account to use Dopem.
✔ You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
✔ You are liable for any activity conducted through your account.
How Dopem Works
✔ Buyer and Seller agree to a transaction.
✔ Buyer funds the escrow.
✔ Seller delivers the agreed product/service.
✔ Buyer confirms delivery or raises a dispute.
✔ If delivery is confirmed or time expires, funds are released to the Seller.
✔ Disputes will be resolved according to Section 10.
Fees
✔ A 4% fee is charged per transaction.
✔ Fees may apply for withdrawals, disputes, or currency conversions.
✔ All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Payment & Wallet
✔ Dopem supports funding via approved payment methods.
✔ Users can deposit and withdraw from their Dopem wallet.
✔ You are responsible for accurate withdrawal information and any applicable charges.
Delivery Time Frame
✔ Buyers must confirm delivery within the agreed time.
✔ If no action is taken, the system will automatically complete the order and release funds to the Seller.
Order Cancellation
✔ Orders can only be canceled if the Seller has not started delivery.
✔ Once delivery has started, both parties must agree to cancel or raise a dispute.
Prohibited Activities
✔ Do not use Dopem for illegal or fraudulent transactions.
✔ Do not impersonate other users.
✔ Do not attempt to bypass the escrow system.
✔ Do not upload malicious content or spam.
Dispute Resolution
✔ Disputes must be raised before the transaction auto-completes.
✔ Dopem will investigate and review evidence from both parties.
✔ False or abusive claims may result in account suspension or ban.
✔ Our decision will be final and binding.
Refund Policy
✔ Refunds are processed only when the Seller fails to deliver and the Buyer raises a valid dispute.
✔ Refunds will be credited to your Dopem wallet or original payment method.
✔ Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Limitation of Liability
✔ Dopem is not responsible for the quality of products or services.
✔ We are not liable for external payment gateway issues.
✔ Our total liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
Termination
✔ Dopem may suspend or terminate accounts for violating our Terms.
✔ Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior may lead to permanent ban.
Modifications
✔ We may update these Terms at any time.
✔ Significant changes will be communicated to users.
✔ Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
